Goodbye Al, until next time, safe travels

We said goodbye to out good friend Al Ian today.  He came for my 60th birthday party, and partied into the night.  He went out west to Area 51 with us and came very close to getting caught by the officials.  He stuck around to see what the Christmas celebration is all about, and loved all the lights.  But today he heard that a space craft from his home world is swinging by this galaxy and is willing to make a stop here at Earth.  He has to be ready to leave at a moments notice, so that NASA doesn't see the crafts arrival or departure.

Don't we ever learn from History!

Public Meeting to be held to discusses High-Speed Rail between Minneapolis and Duluth  and could cost between $500 million and $600 million. Didn't we have a passenger train rail line between St Paul and Duluth? Oh yeah... It failed due to lack of ridership. What about the tracks? Oh yeah... They are now bike paths between White Bear and North Branch. Don't get me wrong, I love trains... But they need to be self sustaining... April 8th My birthday and an eclipse

This year, April 8th not only represents the completion of my 67th trip around the sun, but it will be a chance for me to experience a solar eclipse totality. Consequently,  I have placed myself in a location to enjoy both my birthday and this solar event. I've heard of the many dire predictions of catastrophic events at the time of the eclipse. Included in this is the Salem Ninevah prediction of Jesus's return. Be assured I'm at peace.  Christ may return at anytime, but that date and time is unknown to man. And if he does surprise us, and comes back monday, I know that I'll walk with him in heaven.  And if the earth shakes and I'm swallowed up in the chaos, my destination will be the same.  I believe that God will not allow this planet to be destroyed while His children still inhabit it.  And if I'm left behind along with the rest of the calamity of survivors digging out, I'm prepared to battle satan while I can.
